Track Engagement, Surface Insights, and Prove Impact

Co-Pilot’s built-in reporting framework provides complete visibility into how your guidance, alerts, and training content are being consumed — and where it can be improved.

Whether you're a trainer refining enablement content, a compliance officer tracking acknowledgment logs, or a manager evaluating adoption, Co-Pilot’s reporting suite gives you the answers.

Feedback-Driven Content Improvement

Every Co-Pilot can include like/dislike feedback and optional user comments, empowering content creators to understand what’s working — and what’s not.

Ideal For:

  • Trainers and enablement teams refining instructional content

  • HR or onboarding teams gauging employee sentiment

  • Identifying confusing steps or unclear guidance based on negative feedback

Engagement Metrics

Track usage and visibility across your entire deployment:

  • # of views per Co-Pilot Guide

  • Unique users per guide

  • Date/time stamps for each interaction

  • Filter reports by object, audience, or delivery type (e.g., Modal, Embedded, Homepage)

Use It To:

  • See which guides are heavily used vs. ignored

  • Optimize delivery timing and targeting

  • Compare guide usage across departments or teams

Acknowledgment Logging (for Modals & Policy Notices)

All aggressive or private Co-Pilots that require user acknowledgment are fully logged and reportable.

Each log includes:

  • User name

  • Timestamp

  • Record ID and object where the guide was triggered

  • Guide ID / Title

  • IP Address / Location (optional for Experience Cloud)

Use It To:

  • Prove compliance with internal or regulatory policy delivery

  • Audit which users have seen and acknowledged critical changes

  • Identify outliers or users who missed mandatory communications

Ready for Dashboards and Reports

Co-Pilot Reporting integrates with standard Salesforce reports and dashboards. You can:

  • Build team-level adoption dashboards

  • Display acknowledgment compliance by department

  • Filter feedback by positive/negative trends over time

  • Monitor training effectiveness per role or user group

With Co-Pilot Reporting, your content creators get the insights they need to improve, and your leadership gets the data they need to trust the system.
